For a return or exchange, send an email to [email protected]. All items must be returned within 30 days after the product has been received.  All items must be unworn, tags must remain in place, and be returned in their original condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, we will notify you of the status of your refund/exchange. 

To return a product for a refund or exchange, the consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To ensure delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. In addition, the consumer will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged in any way, VETERAN INK will reimburse you for your full invoice amount. 

Please allow 10-14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
